The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on September 14, 2026, notified the Renewal of Recognition of NSE Clearing Limited.
SEBI has renewed the recognition of NSE Clearing Limited under Regulation 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018, read with Section 4 and Section 8A(4) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. The recognition is renewed for three years, from October 3, 2026 to October 2, 2029, subject to compliance with conditions specified by SEBI from time to time.
